Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. On shelf over prep table, clean plastic containers stacked while wet. Operator removed to be rewatched.
Food stored on floor. Bag of sugar stored on the floor by cookline hand wash sink, operator had employee relocate.
Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Ice buildup up on boxes and on wiring of walk in freezer. Operator has work order placed.

Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Interior of the microwaves on the prep line with food residue debris on the interior top portion. Flip top reach in cooler closest the drive through has build up of food residue along the vents.

Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. In shelf over three compartment sink and over prep station. Clean plastic and metal containers stacked while wet.
Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Men's restroom floor soiled with spilled over soap from dispenser leaking into cup then leaking to the floor.
Food stored in undrained ice. In the drive through reach in cooler, cups of coleslaw knocked over and stored in melted untrained ice.
In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Scoop in standing water at 74F by the steam well. Discussed with operator to either heat water or turn well back on.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Build up of grease on the hood filters closest the front counter.
