Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Inside warmer near three-compartment sink: mac and cheese (126F - Hot Holding). Employee stated the mac and cheese was heated approximately 20 minutes prior, left on the counter for a few minutes while in-use, then placed into the warmer. Inspector had employee reheat the mac and cheese before continuing to hold hot. mac and cheese (126F 10:20, 169F 10:30 - Reheating)
