No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. The hand sink by the fryer baskets and the one by the soda machines had no paper towels. The operator placed paper towels at both hand sinks.
Ceiling vents are soiled with accumulated dust: the vent in the back of the dining area and the vent above the cook line.
