Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. Observed Ahi with the label stating once it's been removed from the freezer, it's to be removed from the packaging and thawed in cooler. It was not removed from the packaging or cut open. Operator immediately corrected and coached team.
