What the inspector wrote — 2 findings
Spray hose at dish sink lower than flood rim of sink. Observed at mop sink both fresh water hose and chemical hose was touching the bottom of the sink. Manager hung up both fresh water and chemical hose up.
Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Observed open half of gallon of milk open on 7/31/26 but not dated the day it was open. Manager dated the day it was open.
