In steam well at front counter at 12:00pm, meatballs (102-108F - Hot Holding); marinara (106F - Hot Holding). Per manager, initially reheated and in-unit from 9:30am and observed no water in steam well unit. Manager removed both to reheat above 165F and added hot water back to unit.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Employee placed water pitcher in front counter hand sink after refilling steam well unit. Employee removed pitcher.
