Food stored on floor. Observed open bag of flour stored on floor near air fryers. Operator removed bag from floor.

Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Observed blood on bottom of reach in cooler in dish washing storage area. Operator cleaned blood.
Reach-in cooler shelves with rust that has pitted the surface in kitchen area.
