There is thawed cooked sausage in the reach in cooler with no date marking. Per operator the sausage has been thawed and open greater than 24 hours.
No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses. Provided the operator with the employee reporting agreement, operator read and signed the agreement.
