Manager stated both items were on the counter while she was rearranged the cooler approximately 15 minutes prior. Manager added ice to rapidly cool both items to 41F during this inspection.
Food stored on floor. Large plastic jug containing water stored directly on floor. Manager removed water from the floor during this inspection.

Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Spray bottle containing "Lysol" stored on top of reach-in cooler in back of trailer. Manager removed Lysol from top of cooler during this inspection.
Unwrapped single-service utensils not presented so that only the handles are touched. Single-use plastic forks and spoons presented with handles facing down in container by serving window.
