Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. The handwashing sink near the three Compartment sink was being used as a dump sink. Informed operator that handwashing sinks are for handwashing only.
In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Utensils are used to mix milk and then placed in water in between uses, the temperature of the water at time of inspection is 74F. Operator dumped water.
Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Mops were stored with the mop head facing down directly on the mop sink. Operator stored mop by hanging it, allowing the mop head to dry.
Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Sanitizer Bucket (Quaternary 0ppm) operator dumped liquid from the sanitizer bucket and refilled with quaternary sanitizer Sanitizer Bucket (Quaternary 200ppm).
