Observed a service dog in the back right corner of the kitchen behind a personal item shelf and boxes were blocking off the area. The area has a computer for office time but is not blocked off by a door. The dry good pantry and ware washing area is close by. Employee removed dog from kitchen

In-use wet wiping cloth/towel used under cutting board. Cloth stored underneath cutting board on cooks line. Owner removed cloth and placed boards at dishwasher.
Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. Employee drink stored inside reach in cooler on front line. Owner removed drink.
Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Beef thawing in standing water. Owner placed beef under running water.

Reach in cooler by protein powders,; milk (44F - Cold Holding); yogurt (45F - Cold Holding); cut melon (44F - Cold Holding) operator turned temperature down on reach in cooler, operator will monitor temperature of unit and call for repairs if needed.
