Observed 4 pieces of salmon and 1 piece of ahi tuna completely thawed in commercially processed and packaged fish bearing label in reach in cooler and walk in cooler. Operator discarded fish. Provided Operator with Thawing vacuum packaged fish memo from DBPR March 2025 via email.
