Nonfood-grade bags used in direct contact with food. In the upright reach in freezer located at storage area observed raw pork in direct contact with to go bags. Operator removed it to replace bags.
Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. In the walk in cooler observed a case of raw chicken stored over raw pork. Operator rearranged cooler on site.
