In glass door cooler by server station- half And Half (50F - Cold Holding); cooked yellow beans (51F - Cold Holding); boba (51F - Cold Holding)operator said all food was 41F at 10 am, all moved to freezer. Recheck - Boba 41F, half and half 40F

Observed Pork Egg Rolls (52F - Cold Holding); Dairy (56F - Cold Holding); Bean Sprouts (54F - Cold Holding) in reach-in cooler with an ambient air temperature of 66F. Operator said items had been in the reach-in cooler for 15 minutes. Operator had items moved to walk-in cooler for rapid cooling.
No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees to the right of the two glass door stand up reach-in cooler.
