Observed the three compartment sink too small and not accessible to wash/rinse/sanitize trays for empanadas, trays for pastries, cutting board and plastic containers used for ham, cheese, turkey and raw shell eggs. The establishment use raw shell eggs to egg-wash the empanadas. The trays, cutting board and plastic containers don't fit inside.
