Nonfood-grade bags used in direct contact with food. Multiple food items: shredded mozzarella, pizza, bread, ham and frozen bacon stored inside shopping bags. Manager removed shredded mozzarella and placed inside food grade safe container at time of inspection.

Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. A large container of shredded mozzarella 53 F stored in reach-in cooler. Per operator, cheese was stored on prep table for the last 30 minutes and just moved into reach-in cooler.

Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. A folded camp chair stored in handwash sink, and a large mixer stored in front of the handwash sink. Operator able to moved items and got access to handwash sink at time of inspection.
