Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Observed employee wash hands with gloves on, then put new pair of gloves on. Operator instructed employee on proper hand washing. Employee rewashed hands before returning to work.
No measuring device available for measuring utensil surface temperature when using hot water as sanitizer in a dishmachine. Operator stated location using main dish machine at time of inspection. Observed no means to measure highest temperature on high temp dish machine.
Proof of required state approved employee training not available for some employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Observed no training for some employees.
