Spoke to operator about placing items on time. Operator cooked chicken off.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Purell sanitizer spray bottles on the bottom shelf of table on cooks line by non stick pan spray and aluminum foil.
Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. On the hose Bibb outside by mop sink with green hose attached.
