Per person in charge has been in and out of unit for breakfast service. Moved all time/temperature control for safety items to other unit holding at 41F ambient. Called repair service during inspection.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Chemicals stored in container with clean dishware items. Person in charge moved to appropriate location.
