Reach in cooler across from flat top grill temperature at 81F. Advised owner not to use cooler until someone can take a look at cooler. Owner stated she will call someone today to look at it.

No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Only test kit provided was for testing of pools.
