Ambient 43F, Raw beef 48/48, raw chicken 49/50, cooked pork 51F ( per manager and staff less than 4 hrs. ) observed one half of condenser fan box iced over in rear. One fan not functioning. Operator opened adjoining walk in freezer door to facilitate rapid cooling. Second temperatures at 4:30 ambient 39F raw beef 39F
