Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Metal bowls stored on the shelf over the reach in cooler not inverted or covered for protection.
Equipment in poor repair. Reach in freezer door gasket has a tear along the seam.
