Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed chocolate ice cream mix (57 F - Cold Holding) at ice cream machine. As per operator for less than one hour. Operator started to review the machine to see what happens with the system.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed the stick cone inside of hand wash sink front counter.
