Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Cook wearing gloves handled raw Hamburger and placed on grill, removed gloves then handled raw fish and put on grill, then scratched his face, then handled food order plates.

Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. The following reduced oxygen packages of thawed fish were sitting in water in a prep sink in the back kitchen- Four packages of Mahi, eight packages of redfish, ten packages of gator tail.
