In reach in cooler at end of cook line near fryers, raw shrimp (46F - Cold Holding); raw fish (46F - Cold Holding); raw chicken (47F - Cold Holding). Operator stated they were pulled from walk-in cooler 1.5 hours prior and had employee put ice bags on products. Lid to reach in cooler had been open.
