Sewage holding tank in mobile food dispensing vehicle less than 15 percent larger in capacity than the water supply. MFDV is using two six gallon portable water jugs for wastewater, one below the handwash sink and one below the three-compartment sink. The potable water tank is a six gallon portable water jug. All water tanks must be a permanent fixture in the trailer and the wastewater tank must be 15% larger than the potable water tank.
Wall not smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable in food preparation, food storage, warewashing areas or bathroom. Unsealed plywood on wall at back of trailer inside kitchen.
