No soap provided at handwash sink. Hand wash sink closest to 3 compartment sink not stocked with soap. Employee stated they don't really use that sink. I explained that hand wash sinks need to be stocked at all time regardless of of which are used more often

Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. Avocados stored above milk, bread and cheese in reach in cooler. Operator states avocados were washed, but were then placed back into soiled cardboard containers. Operator relocated.
