Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed : the employee drink holders(speed rails) are over the food service hanging mixer.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed : the area behind the dining area drink machine has a spill in the back left corner.

Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed : the grey Y ice activator on the soda machine in the dining area has foreign substance on it.
Sanitizer bucket/wipes stored with food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service, or single-use articles. Observed : on the front line counter, where guest food is placed for pickup, a pouch of wipes, 250 ppm quaternary ammonia. These were moved to cleaning.

Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed : water dripping from a pipe on the way to the carbonator. A work order has been put in.

Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed in the walk-in cooler a food pan of portioned coleslaw, 48-58F. The food pan was moved there this morning from a reach-in cooler out front, possibly that reach-in cooler was off during closing hours.
Ceiling tile missing. Observed the ceiling tile over the co2 tanks is not in place.
