Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. At dry station employee handled raw chicken with gloves on and then proceed to change gloves and operate fry baskets without washing their hands - educated operator- employee washed their hands properly.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. At dry storage closet near bathrooms- mop chemical stored over single service gloves- operator removed and stored properly.
