Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Vacuum breaker missing at the end of the splitter for mop sink faucet where black hose is attached. Manager stated he will go purchase one today.
Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. On clean dish rack near 3 compartment sink, plastic tubs stacked before properly air drying.
Equipment in poor repair. Gaskets on reach in coolers by pass through window and small reach in cooler at drive thru torn.

Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Floors under fryers soiled with food debris.
Garbage can located outside has no lid or lid open/broken. Lids broken on both dumpster. Also, side doors of both dumpsters open. Manager shut side doors.
