Water with a temperature of at least 100 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. 2 hand sinks in men's restroom removed do to repair of cracked countertop. Manager stated sinks will be re-installed as per their plan review when countertop repairs are complete. Restroom has 1 working hand wash sink that exceeds minimum required temperature. Inspector temperature measured at sink 122F.
