Employee on right side of cookline scratched her face with gloved hand, then scooped fries and handled single-use fry bags with same gloves hand. Manager had employee stop and wash hands before continuing to work at cookline.
Employee using bare hand contact with nonready-to-eat food (such as raw animal food or flour) unnecessarily without the use of gloves, deli paper, scoops, tongs or other utensils. Employee at front counter scooped ice with a foam drink cup without handle. Employee dumped ice and scooped again with a handled ice scoop.
