Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed Cream Cheese Rangoons (47F - Cold Holding) in reach-in coolers. Operator removed items to rapidly cool in reach-in freezer.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Operator placed paper towels.
Food being prepared outside. Operator cooking donuts in a deep fryer donut maker on table next to truck. Operator unplugged fryer and stopped making donuts.
Nothing was found. The inspector recorded no violations at all.
