Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Measured at 0ppm, operator replaced sanitizer and remeasured at 100ppm.
Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. License expired 2/1/26. Establishment is open and operating. Establishment is not serving TCS food to the public at this time. Convention oven was not working since December. It had recently been repaired and establishment plans to serve TCS food in the future.

Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days.
