Cooler has an ambient temperature of 40F. Manager stated they just received the order. Cooler has significant stock in front of fan preventing air flow throughout inside of cooler. Manager will remove some of the stock inside cooler.
Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. Observed CO2 tank in back room prep are not adequately secured. Manager placed bungee cord on CO2 tank.

Employee touched face/hair and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed employee touch face with gloved hand and proceeded to prepare burger. Spoke to employee regarding handwashing procedures. Employee removed gloves and washed hands properly.
Shell eggs in use or stored with cracks or broken shells. See stop sale. Observed cracked raw shell with raw shell eggs in drawer cooler on cook line, egg went into pan of beef patties. Manager removed beef patties and discarded cracked egg. Replaced beef patties.
Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Observed hose Bibb under table on the end of cook line with hose attached without a back flow device installed. Manager had extra back flow device and placed on hose Bibb

Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Observed exit door with light shining from outside at the bottom of door.
