Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw steak, raw shell eggs and raw pork stored over chili peppers and burger buns in large reach-in cooler. Operator rearranged items to prevent cross contamination.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Sandwich prep cooler - Cold holding: cut tomato 46 F, raw pork 47 F, raw chicken 45 F.
