Non-food grade paper/paper towel used as liner for food container. In the reach in upright cooler next to the oven there is a container of spinach with a non food grade paper towel in direct contact with the spinach.
Damaged/spoiled/recalled food not properly segregated. On a shelf in dry storage, not segregated from undamaged cans there is one 6 pound 10 ounce can of white queso sauce with a dented rim. Per operator the can was dropped and dented less than two hours ago while putting dry goods away. Operator opened the can, moved contents to another container and date marked the container.
