Incorrect chemical test kit provided for measuring the concentration of the sanitizer solution used in the three-compartment sink and/or dishmachine. Manager states proper testing kit has been ordered and should arrive today.
No soap provided at handwash sink. Soap dispenser not working. Manager stated it needs batteries.
Food not stored at least 6 inches off of the floor. Observed one case of disposable cups and one case of oreo cookies on floor in dry storage area.
