Cell phone was on a white cutting board over the prep sink in the kitchen. The cell phone was removed and the cutting board was removed to be washed, rinsed and sanitized.
Food stored on floor. A case of bananas stored on the floor in the kitchen near the hand washing sink. Bananas was removed from off the floor.
