As per the cook the items were placed there approximately 1 hour ago. The cook cover the items with ice to cool them down.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed a red bowl in the sink. The cook removed it.

Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed the attendant wipe areas around the buffet enter the kitchen removed his gloves and put on new gloves without washing his hands.
