Observed rice (109F - Hot Holding); beans (115F - Hot Holding)at cooks line steam table. Employee stated item were cooked and placed on steam table 2 hours prior and were both. Observed steam table was not plugged in at time of inspection. Employee placed items steam bath on stove top and reheated to 167F.
