Operator discarded items during inspection.

No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed no hand washing sign at hand washing sink across from expo line.
Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Observed old labels on metal pans on shelf next to dishwasher.
Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Observed quaternary sanitizer at 0ppm in sanitizer bucket in prep kitchen. Operator changed out empty container of sanitizer and sanitizer bucket now at 200ppm.
