An employee stepped off the food truck, ate a taco, reentered the food truck, put on gloves and began working without washing hands. Inspector educated the operator on hand washing procedures.
Nonfood-grade bags used in direct contact with food. In the glass door reach in cooler jalapeno peppers are in direct contact with a nonfood grade to go bag.
