Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Hand wash sink hot water hose unable to connect at time of inspection. Operator was able to repair hot water line and water provided at over 85F.
Cold holding equipment not maintained in good repair. Do not store time/temperature control for safety food in this unit until the unit is repaired. Reach in cooler at ambient air temp of 62F during inspection. Operator attempted switching outlets. Operator to utilize reach in freezer and portable cooler for storage of time/temperature control food for safety until repair can be made.
