No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. They have Quat strips but they use chlorine sanitizer.

Water draining onto floor surface. Observed water of the drainage on the back of the food truck. As per operator drainage was stuck and company came to fix it. As per supervisor Adonis de la Cruz 24 hrs warning was issued to observe if drainage was fixed.
