Per operator item was cooked this morning at 6am, still has not reached 41°F at 6 hour mark, temperature taken at 12:07pm.. A stop sale was issued. Operator discarded.
Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food marked with a date with no 7 days after opening/preparation. Observed cooked chicharron cooked on Saturday (per operator) with no 7 day label. Employee placed label.

Establishment operating without a license from the Division of Hotels and Restaurants. Operator must obtain a public food service license from the Division of Hotels and Restaurants within 60 days. Submit a license application and payment to DBPR/Bureau of Central Intake Unit, 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-0783. To apply online or obtain an application for license visit http://www.myfloridalicense.com/DBPR/hotels-restaurants/ After conducting the inspection at El Parador, we realize that restaurant changed ownership. As per manager the new owner is in transition and applied for the new DBPR license. So, We decided to cancel previous inspection and go ahead with an ADHOC using the same license number for the location.
