In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. In the container of vanilla whey protein powder, the scoop was buried in the powder. The scoop was removed.

Single-service articles improperly stored. At the open end of the front counter, a case of cups and lids were stored on the floor. The items were moved up.

Tuna salad and sliced turkey - operator previously froze items (day 1), then later thawed in refrigerator- marked with 7 additional days. Reviewed proper date marking and operator dated items properly.
