Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Handwashing sink on the cook line was blocked by a trash can. Operator moved it away from the sink.

Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Sanitizer line was primed and re-ran machine which then tested at 50 ppm.. Dishwasher (Chlorine 0ppm); Dishwasher (Chlorine 50ppm)
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. A bottle of Gorilla Glue was stored on a shelf with coffee and spices and directly above an open fliptop make table on the cook line.
