Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Spray bottle of bleach on top of reach in freezer in middle of prep area, bottle moved.
No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. No chlorine test strips.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. In men's bathroom.
No proof of required state approved employee training provided for employee hired more than 60 days ago. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. The only employee on site states they have been working at establishment for 2 and a half years and does not have proof of their or anyone else's food handler training.
Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Container of ice cream mix in reach in cooler, per employee container was made no more then a few days ago.

Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Open container of milk from the previous day with no product date marking. Operator labeled the open container of milk.
Accumulation of debris on drainboards or equivalent. Drainboard to the prep sink with green staining of hard like water substance build up.
Label on a food item prepared and packaged onsite for customer self-service does not include product identity/description, date product was packaged and name and address of the establishment that prepared and packaged the food. In the grab and go reach in cooler at the front counter, ice cream cookie sandwiches missing location address. Operator wrote the address on the current sandwich bags.
Sanitizer stored with food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service, or single-use articles. Sanitizer solution bottle stored on top portion of the flip top reach in cooler at the front counter. Operator relocated the sanitizer spray bottle.
