Warewashing sanitizing solution exceeding the maximum concentration allowed. Observed the quaternary sanitizer solution in the three compartment sink at 500ppm. The operator diluted the solution to 200ppm.
Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed paper cups with no handle used as a scoop for brownie bite and cookie dough in the topping reach in cooler behind the front counter. The operator removed the paper cups.
